Hello,
I am using the native browser (safari) on an iPhone SE and iPhone X and have been struggling to figure out why there’s a gap above and below the hero image (note: this gap does not appear on Chrome for iphones).
I want to remove the gap bar that appears when I view it on my phone (in the picture it is gray but I just change it to white by changing the row background color on wp bakery). I want the hero image to fill the full screen on iphone’s native browser.

I have tested it but don’t see the issue om mobile browser.

No issue on the demo site at all.
Then this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I tried this and none of the plugins affected the margin.
I temporarily resolved this by changing the responsive margin top and bottom of the slider row to -90px on mobile-only, but this is only temporary. What else is a long term solution?
For the long term solution please try recreating the slider.
