Dear Gillion team,
My site is https://najednejlinie.pl and I notice that movies on desktop on HOME view, when I click (PLAY icon on the box here: http://prntscr.com/mmps6a ) don’t work.
It appears some grey square instead http://prntscr.com/mmpsqo
but on mobile version is ok but time to appear is very long
I got newest wordpress version and Gillion theme. I dont have additional plugins. WP super cache plugin is turned off. I use only Gillion plugins which are required.
Only WPBakery Page Builder plugin is needed to upgrade but it License key is needed. I dont have it.
QUESTIONS:
- what to do to make movies appear on desktop
- How to speed up showing movies on mobile
- How to upgrade WPBakery Page Builder plugin

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
what to do to make movies appear on desktop
I can see you are using few additional plugins on your site such as facebook, youtube, star rating etc.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
How to speed up showing movies on mobile
It is directly loaded from youtube so it will take time but you can make sure that your web server is fast so that the videos will be fetched in speed.
How to upgrade WPBakery Page Builder plugin
You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

Unfortunately “Blog posts, style “Cover” and “Big Cover” and “Fency 1, Fency 2, and other styles that require activating movie by some script (they POP up on black screen) don’t work.
On smartphones most of them work but need lots of time to load that screen.
I have set up Mini 1 style with carusel which dont require pop up.
Movies are played from boxes without pop-up
I will apreciate if you could have a look and fix Cover style

The javascript error message is occurring on your site on line number 1812 and on that line there is facebook code on your site as shown in the attached screenshots so it seems the issue with facebook functionality that you are using on your site.
How are you using the facebook functionality on your site?
Could you please try disabling it?
Ok, I have disabled FAcebook plugin, and instaled new one which dosen’t need to be loaded at front.

I have change 6 boxes with movies into slider with 2 boxes. This should also fasten my site.

Still, the javascript error is on your site that you can see yourself in the browser console tab.

I had to change again this section with movies into 6 boxes.
On mobile is ok, but on Desktop Movies dont want to appear.
U said to disaktivate all plugins except wpbakery and Unison. I did it but movies still don’t appear on desktop. Why ?

Please clear and temporarily deactivate the Atutomptize and WP Fastest Cache that you are using on your shared site so that I can troubleshoot it.
Ok, I cleared cache and deactivated plugins.
and it still dosen’t work 🙁
How can i give you logins to fix it ?

Below I got normal blog posts and when I click play icon in those boxes it works. Automaticaly movie is played in YouToube window. Look:

I logged into your site and saw you are using an outdated version of PHP on your site as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.
Also, Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
I dont think old PHP is the probem.
There is some “<” rendering which probably stops showing the movie.
Can you check it pleaseYes, that is what I have told you above in my second reply but we have to find out which element is rendering it as the theme doesn’t render it which I have tested on my test site.

I changed PHP version to newest and Gillion Theme.
Pleaxe fix boxes
The javascript error is occurring on your site due to the facebook code that you have added in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could confirm the video issue on my test site, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
