Hello,
I’m currently developing a website with Jevelin Theme. On a subpage I want to place 2 post grids which load several pages per ID each. (See Image 1).
When I save the widget, nothing is displayed, and I don’t get any error on my log or web console. (See Image 2).
When I save and load the site, it’s just white and empty. (See Image 3)
This issue only happens when I try to load more than 1 element with List of IDs from post grid. Unfortunately I cannot do it another way because the Custome query also not working :(.
My environment:
1. WordPress on Docker with MariaDB on a MacBook Pro
2. No errors on WordPress or Apache Log
3. No errors on Browser console

sorry for late response. I’m currently developing the site on my local computer and not on a webspace. I can offer you 2 solutions.
1. Provide the docker image so that you can run it on your machine to debug. (link is in the hidden field)
2. Maybe we can do a quick Zoom call?
If both are not possible, I need some time to transfer the system to a webpage.

Oh, we just realized that that you were using built in element, which we don’t have a lot of control. Did you try to use the blog posts element? That is build by us?
Also which PHP version are you using?

I used the Portfolio element because I need to create multiple pages that are linked automatically with categories together. Normal pages don’t have categories (thanks to WordPress for this) and posts don’t work with templates that are necessary for us.
So we only can use the portfolio because of categories and templates. For example a member have multiple projects and presentations. The projects and presentation should automatically visible on an overview site.
They should also link on the userpage. Our people who create the content don’t have time to do this automatically.
We are unfortunately unable to change the requirements and bough the system to fulfill them.
Is the link with the id working on your system? Maybe its just a bug with my server that cause this?

At the moment it is very hard to tell what could be the cause, but PHP version and other settings seems fine.
Isn’t it possible to make your docker setup available publicly via IP address?
This is difficult for me, but I will give it a try. Basically it would be better if you would download the image with the files from me and test it locally.

I think I found the issue. I have a site (a) with content and a widget link to another site. Furthermore, I now create a new site (b) and link site a and maybe also site c via id it causes a memory error like the following.
I think something cause an endless loop or so on a kill the PHP memory. Maybe take a look at this. It is funny that i don’t have the issue if I use categories instead of ids, but this is not working with our requirements.

Oh, can you please also increase PHP maximum execution time and then test it again.
It may show more detailed error as at the moment this error doesn’t tell us much (only that there is timeout in WPBakery page builder).
I have currently added this to wp-config.php:

We are still not sure where the error comes from as this message doesn’t tell the cause/source, but can you please try to latest beta version? There are a few bug fixes that could improve this situation.

I have now installed a test system on which you can observe the problem. The system is completely new and without modification. Since this is a test environment and not the development environment, the theme also has no key activated (I throw it away if it is no longer needed).
The URL + data are in the hidden field.
I would ask you to find a solution to the problem in a timely manner. We have purchased this product and have a project to create. This project has a schedule that has already been delayed by almost 2 weeks because of this problem. The previous tips were unfortunately not OK and much too superficial.
Furthermore, I offer as a developer that we look at the bug together. I have already analysed parts of your system, as the logs above show.

the server is now visible again. The issue is also realy easy to reproduce on local machine.
We just did some testing and we saw that Unyson plugin was causing some issues, therefore we disabled it.
Besides that it looks like your issue is related to WPBakery element options. You are trying to include page inside page inside page which creates forever loop and therefore crashes.
I think it is a valid use case that you have a project page that refer to his project leaders that also have a reference back to this project. We also need this use case to take care that partner companies have leaders that also hold a reference to projects and other partners.
From our side of view it is nothing special if you are creating a site for a company or so one and want to link manually between different pages’ ort post.
Please implement a solution for this use case.
