How are you? I have been trying to figure out how can i edit the picture setting for all blog posts so the photo doesn’t get crop.

You have to install the plugin zip file and not the PHP file that you are trying to install.

I also tried regenerating the thumbnails on my site using https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/. but nothing changed.

I called them and they said they check and that there is no issue. I also checked and I dont see the “I don’t know” text
Now, I also don’t see the issue on your website and it seems the issue is resolved.
I try to edit the custom plugin file but I can not edit it as I get an error as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that the plugin and theme files are editable using editor so that I can resolve the picture crop issue.

hi can you advice on how to make the plug in and theme files editable. I had to make some updates on the plug in so maybe that was the issue.
Please make sure that your WordPress file permissions are correct as described on the below pages and also contact your web host to resolve the issue.
