Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Gillion theme.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided on the following pages.

You can recover your website from the error by deactivating the theme and plugins using FTP or cPanel file manager as described on the below pages.
