    Good afternoon, I have a problem.

    When I change to version 7.4 of PHP, I get a critical error in the shopping cart, which prevents me from continuing. All system is update. I am using Woocommerce.

    Could you help me? Please.

    ello, right now there is no error as I am back to PHP version 7.0.

    The error appears when we update to version 7.4 of PHP, I attach a screenshot of the error. It is a critical error that prevents the purchase process.

    If you need more information or access to WordPress or need to change the version of PHP you can tell me.

    Sorry for our late response.

    In the previous theme update we added some changes to that page.

    Can you please test our previous theme version? (added in the attachment)

    Then we will know if the latest theme update cause this issue

    Hi, thank you for you answer.

    Could you tell me how I can install this version of the theme that they have sent me?

    Right now I have Jevelin 5.3 with a Child Theme installed (active). I am attaching screenshots of my setup.

    You should be able to just click on Add new button on the page you are showing us and upload the ZIP file.

    Thanks, but if I upload the theme you provided then I’ll have the following installed:

    – Jevelin 5.3.
    – Jevelin 5.2.2
    – Child Theme Jevelin (activated)

    My question is the following: Aren’t versions 5.3 and 5.2.2 going to conflict?

    I think that it is also not possible to upload the 5.2.2 theme without WordPress giving an error since when uploading it, it will surely detect that there is already a theme with the same name (Jevelin)

    Can’t you make the change? If you need the accesses I can send them to you.

    Good afternoon, I am very disappointed with this technical support. It is simply very bad. It is not normal, that it takes 22 days for an incident for which your subject is surely responsible.
    Their answers are scarce and ambiguous, they do not contribute anything.

    The response time is extremely long, everything here is painful.
    I don’t think I’ll ever use your theme again. I ask you please to give me an answer.
