I removed all Chrome extensions and also tried on Firefox. wp-admin loads super slow and only some content appears(see attachement – identical situation on Chrome and Firefox).

I really live the theme and would love to use it, but now I can’t. Would appreciate your help.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S.: even the demo blog posts and categories do not appear on the live website.

    Hi @maraloiu,

    Thank you for your question.

I can see your site is slow but it also happens when I use Twenty Seventeen theme so it doesn’t seem theme related issue.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Also please contact your web host to know why this is happening.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Thanks for the response.

You are right, some plugins are causing the problem: Unyson and Slider Revolution. If any of them is installed, then the Appearance section looks like my screenshot.

The problem with that is the 2 plugins are mandatory to the theme. If I uninstall them, I can’t fully customize the theme: there are missing sections, the main image on the homepage is not showing, the categories for the blog posts are missing, etc  (screenshot attached).

    What do I do next?

    Solution for this topic

I might have solved the problem thanks to the tech support of my hosting.

It seems that there’s a vulnerability with all wordpress websites right now, but if you access the wp-admin using https it all works perfectly.

Now I see the full Appearance section.

    More about the vulnerability:

Awesome great to see you got that solved contacting your webhost.

Please advise if you have more questions.

    Have a fantastic day!
