Home Forums Jevelin Theme Purchase Code not working

    I’ve purchased the ‘Jevelin‘ theme from ThemeForest. The theme includes the slider revolution plugin. However, when attempting to activate the plugin, I am prompted to put in my purchase code which I have done. It gives me the error:

    “Ooops… Wrong Purchase Code”

    I have checked for spaces, tried without the hyphens etc. I’ve tried to follow their support links with no luck.

     

    What can I do to sort this issue, as the plugin is vital to my website.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please delete the plugin and reinstall bundled plugin from the path Appearance -> Install Plugins

     

    If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin and don’t need to activate it.
