    Hello

Is it possible to re-install the theme using a different domain?

I want to test a theme demo before buying a second license.

I tried to make the installation but the site crashed (see attachment).

    Regards

    Savas

    Hi Savas,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

Is it possible to re-install the theme using a different domain?

    Yes, it’s possible.

I want to test a theme demo before buying a second license.

I tried to make the installation but the site crashed (see attachment).

Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:

    define('WP_DEBUG',true);

You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hello

Before adding the debug line, would you like to check the Plesk error logs? (attached).

    Hello

It worked with 4.8.0.1 (I m a little bit confused, you released 4.8.0 only yesterday)…

However, I can’t import demo data (see error logs).

The same happened a month ago with my regular license if you remember.

I think you need to fix your theme’s demo import bugs…

Please just keep using the latest version of the theme.

However, I can’t import demo data (see error logs).

You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.

This is not a major issue as your demo content gets imported successfully.

Do you face any issue after importing the demo content?

    Hello

    1. I deleted my Plesk installation and then re-installed the domain.
    2. I installed WooCommerce.
    3. I added the One Click Demo Import
    4. I downloaded v. 4.8.0.1.
    5. When I tried to activate the theme, the system crashed again.

    Check the attached error logs.
