  • Hello. I ran a test search using the term”anti-bacterial”. The search results came out strange per the screen shot below:

    a) has my user name (or author?). it is not a blog post. How do I get rid of author?

    b) At the bottom of each search result is an icon that looks like a tag. how do I remove that?

    c) when search results appear, why are some of my product images chopped off, ie. not displaying properly?

    c) How do I configure for smaller font to appear in my search bar?

I simply hope to achieve simple results when users type search terms. How do I do that?

    Thank you.

    Hi @cheeks,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

This is happening because you are searching products in WordPress search which is designed to search posts and pages.

Instead you should search it in the WooCommerce product search as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
