    Hi,

Hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

I’m using my host’s optimization plugin (Siteground – SG Optimizer) since it’s better the WP Fastest Cache but they said that the Jevelin theme is conflicting with SG Optimizer plugin, resulting in pages not caching. Is there anything your team can do to look into the compatability issue?

    Best,

    Dalia

    Hi Dalia,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

We are not aware of any such compatibility issue.

Could you please ask them why they think that it is a theme issue and what we should do to make it compatible?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    This is what they said:

I reviewed the issue extensively. The reason why the dynamic caching of SG Optimizer does not work is caused by a plugin incompatibility issue. Per your request, I created a new site on a subdomain – test.presently.fun
There, I started toggling the plugins one by one and found that the unyson plugin leads to the Dynamic Caching being rendered ineffective. When the unyson plugin is deactivated, your site pages are cached properly:

You can review the and verify the matter on your end and if need be – consult with your personal developer or the developer of the unyson plugin regarding the issue.

To check whether this is an issue with any specific Unyson plugin extension, could you please try deactivating the Unyson plugin extensions one by one as shown in the attached screenshot, and check which one causes the issue?
