First of all, congrats for your amazing theme!
But I have a question:
I have this website https://campplecider.com built by Jevelin Theme.
When I choose the sticky mobile header option and go to a section, the menu does not disappear and the content remains hidden behind the menu. Is there any chance that by choosing this option (sticky mobile header), the menu would be hidden automatically after doing click in a section?
And it happens exactly the same when sticky mobile header is OFF: the menu remains “open” and the user has to close it manually.
Is this usual in one-page navigation? I think it is a little bit “uncomfortable” for the user and I would like to change it.

Actually it works good in this demo: https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/single-product/ (once you chose a menu element, the menu closes itself), so I don’t understand why it is not working in my website.

Your shared website is not accessible for me and I am getting a Forbidden error after clicking on the button “Tengo más de 18 años” so please make sure that your website is accessible so that I can troubleshoot the issue.
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme below and enabled its one page navigation in the theme General settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

This is really weird… When the user chooses “Soy mayor de 18 años” the user has access to the website. Could you try again? Just in case. Did you accept all the cookies?
Regarding your comment, I already have the one-page navigation general option active.
Yes, I accepted all the cookies but still, I am getting the same error.
I am getting redirected to this page https://campplecider.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php and then the error displays as shown in the attached screenshots.
Ok, I am checking this issur with the programmer who installed the age plugin. I will tell you about this asap.

The programmer checked the age plugin function and it works correctly. Did any other Shufflehound Support team member try to connect to campplecider.com ? Do they have the same problem? I don’t know how it could redirect to you to campplecider.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php … it has no sense…

I need to have this mobile/tablet menu issue fixed as soon as possible. In the demo works perfectly and I did not change any code. It also worked perfectly in my website when it has the temporary URL, and I think the problem started when we finally had the final URL campplecider.com
Or can I have any code to “force” to collapse the tablet/mobile menu when the user clicks in the different sections?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme?
Have you made sure that you are using the latest version of the theme?
Also, have you tried setting One-page navigation option on and off in the theme settings?
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
