purchase code does not work, it says “The provided purchase code was not found. Please check the code and try again!”

Sure, we will help you to solve this.
But before that please change password as fast as possible as previously it could be seen by everyone (we just saw it and removed it). When it is change please enter the new access data in the private information field.
