    Hello.

    I’ve just purchased your theme and was setting it up when I was prompted with an Unyson update. After updating Unyson the theme settings can’t be accessed and The visual composer in each page is missing.

    I’ve tried erasing the plugin and installing it again but it didn’t work.

    Tried deactivating all other plugins but it didn’t work.

    Please advise.

    Hi @ceriza,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Gillion theme and Unyson plugin.

     

    Please make sure you have enabled Unyson page builder for pages in its settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

     

    If you are still having issue with it then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

    Also after updating the Unyson plugin you have to also update its extensions as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Hi Shufflehound support team,

     

    (hope you’re having a good day 😉 )

     

    I need your help urgently please. I can’t edit my home page. When I click on edit page- the page reloads so many times, that it times out. I have managed beautifully on the rest of the pages (so far), but am really stuck.

     

    Would you mind helping me out?

     

    I have installed all additional stuff except for Envato Market Plugin. It doesn’t activate. I get a message saying “plugin file does not exitst”. Could they be linked?

     

    Appreciate your soonest assistance.

    Resolved! Found help under Jevelin theme topic. Loaded and editing in Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge, and working well.

    Hi!

    I have an issue with my Jevelin theme.

    Theme settings does not appears.

    I can not edit my home page content.

    I checked my plagin, enclosed you can find a screenshot, I can not edit settings as well.

    What I need to do ?
