    Hi Guys ! URGENT

    I update Jevelin theme and some plugins and all the site broke.

    And not keep my customizations.

    Can i revert this?

    Can you please let us know if you can access admin dashboard? As we need to understand if you can modify the website.

    Hi!

    Yes i can access all the site an the admin

    I now recover to previews state in the host to backup the site when works ok.

    But when y update UNISON to the last version broke all the site all my configs and customizations from years.

    Can you help me please?

    Send printscreen of the update that broke my site.

    Guide me please in how can i make a correct update.

    Because i have a lot of custom codes.

    Whey i make the update of UNISON all the site change to a default demo of jevelin change all the colors, logos, etc of my site.

    I need to update UNISON?? or i need to upgrde FRAMEWORK?

    Nice to hear that your website is working again.

    About Unyson framework we would strongly suggest to migrate away to Redux. But before that can you please check if you are using Unyson Page Builder inside pages and posts?

    I use Unyson Page Builder inside  HOME One page.

    instantenet.com

    I use it in woocommerce pages and in post pages.

    Then in porfolio i not use it i use classic editor.

    Oh, then at the moment it looks like you should keep using Unyson framework. If at one point you migrate Unyson page builder content to WPBakery page builder, then we would recommend you to use our framework upgrade tool.

    You know some plugin or tool to automatic update Unyson to Redux and keep all the structure i have design?

    Unfortunately we don’t have any tools to recommend for this feature.
