When I go to my plugins I see a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available.
But I cannot do the update like I would do to any other plugin.
Instead I get this message.

Automatic update is not available for this plugin.
To receive automatic updates license activation is required.
Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.The problem is I dont have a license activation since I gotGot WPBakery

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.
Please find more information about it on the following page.
We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

Can you update WPBakery Page Builder on your side and push it to me?
it ended up goting the same and still dont have the new version
As said above, we update the plugin with a new theme version but we don’t update the theme just because a new version of the WPBakery page builder plugin is released until it is not necessary or break the functionality.
It will be updated ASAP but don’t worry about it until it causes any problem on your website.
