I just bought this theme and found following issues
- Why I need to purchase WP bakery separately? If that is the case, why its not mentioned on your buy page that to update this theme I need spend another $60. This theme useless if I need to buy WP bakery. The plugin provided is useless as its asking me to upgrade for any updates on the theme.
- Logo – Why you keep Jevilin logo sticked on the page. I cant remove it.
- Yellow Pencil – Again its a paid plugin.
- Why so many other plug-in..its just messed up website.

About your questions:
- As in all other Themeforest themes, the WPBakery page builder comes with the theme and is covered by the theme’s license. There is no need to purchase the license for it and the updates will be covered by the theme.
- The Jevelin logo is the placeholder logo, it will be replaced after you will upload your website logo.
- The same as the WPBakery page builder – the Yellow Pencil plugin is covered by the theme license (as in all other Themeforest themes). There is no need to purchase the license for it and the updates are covered by the theme.
- We have only 2 required plugins: Redux framework and WPBakery page builder all other plugins are optional and can be installed if needed (we have noticed that on the plugin installation page).
- We can refund the purchase if you are not satisfied with our theme.

jevelin logo is placeholder? what if i don’t want logo at all?
Can you please share a link to your website? So we can check your current website setup and guide you on how to remove it (you can share it in the private information field)
Removed logo and now header menu also gone.

- How do I change the background image on home page of beauty theme? I cant find the way to change it.
- How do I get header Menu back?
- How do setup responsive if I change the home page background image?

Its so frustrating to work with this theme.
see the series of events whats happening and fix the issues. You should have done proper testing before launching such a useless product.
- Installed theme 5.5.1
- Installed all plugin.
- Then, Woocommerce started giving outdated file warning. Raised a ticket.
- YTou provided new version 5.5.1.2. Used that and warning gone.
- Imported demo (Beauty – WP Bakery). Looks fine. So took backup using Meow Apps – Media and Database cleaner. Also manually deleted all pages, post, products etc.
- Struggle to remove the logo.
- Struggle to remove home page image and add the other one.
- Not sure what happens, but website turned into a dead blank white page .
- Opened a ticket but looks like you have weekend.
- Can’t wait. So deleted all files and cleaned the demo. Restore demo using backup version by using UdraftPlus plugin.
- Finally got the site back as per your demo preview.
- Change the setting to remove logo. Looks good.
- Struggle to remove the background image. Can’t change it in WP Bakery, nor in Yello pencil or elementor. Tried using your customisation but no luck as in the background image option there is no image. Still uploaded my image and it started looking weird with that image appearing at all other places except home page. Frustrated and removed the image.
- Noticed that my header menu gone. Dont know why?
- Tried to restore the header menu. Found 2 different menu with a name as. ” Main Menu – WP Bakery”. and Main Menu – Home Beauty ( Elementor) . Main Menu WP bakery looks the original one but its not there. Not sure whats “Main Menu- Home Beauty” is it has menu items as Account, Blog, Cart etc.
- Deleted “Home Beauty- Main Menu”.
- Restored Main Menu- WP Bakery”
- Check the page and Menu was back. But links not working. Clicking any menu option and it will take that page for a second and than suddenly gives a message as ” 504 Not found” Frustrated to fix this…
- Finally cat fix it. So deleted entire demo again – this is my 5th delete as I did the same last week as well for 3 times.
- Npow need to upload the demo again. But I would like to know why in the world you have not created detailed documentation on how to edit each and every element in the theme? this is insane. It looks like you want users to keep buying the support for extended period. Your documentation is worst ort I would say its not there at all. At the same time you created a theme which keeps breaking. I am just on the home page editing and already deleted the demo 5 times. Not sure what will happen when I go to next level for editing. Your code is dynamic. Its hiding certain things where you are connecting two element so that if one element change it should break some other element at the back.
- SO when I hide the logo, it removed the header menu as well.
- Background Image – Cany change because that file is not used anywhere in any editor. Dont know how you fixed the background image.
- Let me know how do I change each and every element of Beauty theme?
- Let me know what elements/ image cant be changed.
- If this does not work, I need refund as already wasted 2 weeks on this and no result yet.
