No reaction whatsoever?
And it took ME, a client who paid for this “Elementor ready” theme, to find that out? Imagine that…
Could you please check what is wrong?
It is now.
Yeah, I figured that there is no such option. I was hoping that one of your developers could quickly write some code together š
I tried following your suggestion and uploaded an SVG, but that isn’t responsive at all. Furthermore, I really don’t like to see any big jumps, but need a smooth transition from a giant screen to a mobile phone.
Any idea?
Yes, Yellow Pencil works now. I wasn’t aware of the fact that it is a frontend editor only.
Thanks for your help, guys, good job. I am sure I will need you again, but for now enjoy the summer š
Have a great day
could you please indicate me into the right direction to customize and style all the widgets individually? Yellow Pencil is active, but doesn’t seem to be available on the homepage.
There are a lot of sidebars and I would like to switch the headlines to a custom color, etc. Where? How? š
The widget area looks great, guys! Well done.
“Okay, so the boxed layout only means that the header and the content will be limited to the specified width.”
This is not really true. As soon as “boxed layout” is enabled, I am getting extra options regarding the border style, which are simply not there when I disable the boxed layout.
And another one: the global color picker doesn’t work. Nothing changes when you choose a predefined color. You have to actually click into the color field next to the globe in order for the changes to be applied.
Another issue: I only can edit specific sections on the homepage with Elementor now. Anything below the Author’s Pick is not editable. I have no idea how to style all the legacy widgets. What am I doing wrong??
Also, please check the screenshot with a bunch of errors that appear when I enter the widgets in the backend and change from “widget areas” to “block”.
Furthermore, changes I am doing in the settings, are not shown on the page.Ā I can change the content width from 1000 to 1600px and don’t see a difference in the frontend. Besides that, disabling the boxed mode does not give me back the full width header.
Frustrating, to say the least.
The header container needs to be completely separated from the content container, then I can do with the content styling whatever I want.
But it looks like the header section is kind of connected to the content area.
It is VERY important to me to get a fully working version and not just a workaround! So, no CSS in the custom field, but implemented into the core files of the theme.
In this case, I am losing an important feature of the theme: the boxed layout. Not ideal, to be honest.
Also,Ā don’t know where the massive padding to the top is coming from. If you check my screenshot, there is no padding or margin applied to the top.
Nope, it seems as if Elementor is not yet fully in control of the header section.
No, it’s not. I want the header to fill the entire screen, while the content is supposed to be boxed, maintaining every single feature of the theme as advertised.
What I am seeing now is basically one of the out-of-the-box solutions of the theme.
Absolutely. Attached.
And how long is this going to take? The idea behind buying the theme was to use it and not to add one more to my collection.
At the moment, I am more leaning towards a refund, but let’s wait until Monday and see what it’s gonna be.
Any news yet?
