Also, u have to change the “reading” part to your demo home, and don’t delete anything from my site, ok? If it’s ok, we can make a skype call to setup everthing (if U can do it alone)
I’ve activated your theme, and send the adm code by private.
I want my home like the Demo or this site http://problemasnerds.com.br/ with the same spacing, template, slides and other things, but whith my content. You will see the errors, waiting for your retourn.
I’ve tried that, but everyting stays out of place. Like the “boxed layout” – as show in here http://problemasnerds.com.br/ – Here is correct, but when I install on the other theme, it has a giant border, out of configuration and the slide does not work.
The other things I put in boxed (I put the same settings as the test theme in the theme options panel) and it did not work the same way.
I had to activate the old theme because your theme did not fucnionou on my site, and what worked was all broken. I tried the plugin form, the WordPress export way, the Backup plugins and the like. The big problem is that I have a LOT of content, and I can not back it up (even in the manner indicated on your theme), and I can not risk losing my content.
This issue of deleting all content just to import the theme is totally out of the WP standard, working with it and never seen a theme do that, if my site was new until ok, I would be able to backup and install the theme quietly (like I made it on this site http://problemasnerds.com.br/), but having too much content is really complicated.
I would like to receive my money back.
I tried to backup it by the instructions of the theme and I could not, I left the whole night running and nothing. Is there any forecast for you to release an update that allows you to import demo content WITHOUT deleting all content from my site? It’s pretty weird that and I’ve never seen a theme do that, so it would count as a problem.
I really liked the theme, but I’m not able to make it work, much less back up my content.
I’ve tried that, and worked in parts. In here everything is ok – http://problemasnerds.com.br/ – but when i import to my real site – http://www.burnbook.com.br/ – the slider don’t work, there’s a margin there, and even if i copy all the settings in “theme options”, never stay the same.
The slider continues not working, as the print.
I’ve activated the old theme, because i can’t properly setup this one, especially for my content, and i’ve tried to make the backup but didn’t worked.
The problem
If i import demo content by default options, how/and where can i get my content back?
