I followed your recommended process and found that a single plugin was causing the issue:

Menu functionality has been restored now, thank you for all your help here.

Try adding the custom css suggested in this article:

To add the custom CSS in wordpress, goto
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
This worked for me.

Further to the issue stated by Achim above, none of the possible Icon Box styles work with a URL..
Please advise.
