the url option in Icon Box Element has no effect… can u check this?!

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me for Icon Box Title using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Please make sure you have configured the Icon Box element correctly.

Some Icon Box styling such as Large Iconbox 8 that you are using on your site as shown in the attached screenshot doesn’t use URL so to use URL you have to change IconBox styling.
that is not so good. which styles are okay for URL?
You can use Double Icon style as displayed in my above shared screenshot and also try using other styles.

Further to the issue stated by Achim above, none of the possible Icon Box styles work with a URL..
Please advise.

Try adding the custom css suggested in this article:

To add the custom CSS in wordpress, goto
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
This worked for me.
