Unfortunately, I’m having problems with downloading the Yellow Pencil editor – it’s failing to reinstall after disabling and uninstalling to fix a previous bug.
Is there another way to change the image size?
Yes we did and it is because WP Bakery is conflicting with Gutenberg.
We havent been able to find the resources tor time to recreate our whole site from scratch by removing WP Bakery however as it is now crashing for every second visitor, we are stuck and will have to take drastic action.
Please can you confirm that WP Bakery is not required for this theme as other threads contradict this?
@jenniferlupton Did you have any luck with this? We are having so many issues with the site crashing for every other visitor and may have to scrap it completely ourselves after hundreds of hours wasted trying to fix it

Theme installation failed.
I have sent you log in via the Private info field.
Unyson plugin fixed some issues but the theme installation failed and the portfolio projects are not showing
