Yes. Here is a website link to a blog page with a categories filter that I wish to add to my website.

I am headed in another director that removes this problem. Is there a way to remove the link from a menu item that has sub-menu items?
I wish to have a menu item that does not do anything when clicked that also has sub menus.

Update: I found the siteground optimizer plug-in and disabled it. There was no change to the emoticons as the cart symbol.

Never mind, I figured it out. Thank you
I had to go to tools> add missing shop pages. This added a cart, checkout, and accounts page.
