    Hi

I’m encountering an issue where my mobile website visitors cannot click on my menu items if that menu item has submenus. However, web visitors on a computer can click the menu item regardless of if it has sub-menu items.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

    Details of attached images:

    • one of the images is a screenshot of my laptop, where you can easily hover over and click on the main menu item, even though it has submenus
    • The other image is a screenshot from my mobile device where clicking on the menu item only drops down the submenu items and does not open the main menu item.

    Hi there,

We can understand your issue, but it is hard to make both things to work together – open the parent link and open the dropdown, so at the moment we are opening just the dropdown when clicking on the parent link.

How would you recommend to improve this?

    Best regards,

I’m not sure of a way to fix this.

I am headed in another director that removes this problem. Is there a way to remove the link from a menu item that has sub-menu items?

I wish to have a menu item that does not do anything when clicked that also has sub menus.

    is this possible?

    Hi there,

If you want to create menu item without a link just add # symbol in the link area.

Let us know if we can help you further.

You can use it when adding Custom Links.

It should be lower in the left side of the menu page content.
