However, I do not need a logo and the menu at the top. Next, I will like the layout to be “small images”. Upon clicking into the blog post, I will like the layout to be the same as the link above. At the same time, is it possible to remove the hyperlink icon when hovering over the picture?

I changed according to the settings in your screenshot, but yield the attached result, which unfortunately is not what I wanted. Is there a way where I can add a header picture (in the centre of the blog), followed by a menu (also at the centre of the blog)? Thank you so much.
I am trying not to use Yellow Pencil as I am not very familiar with it. I was hoping that the options available in Jevelin could do the job, which I believe so; just that I am not getting the settings right. =/

I tried but to no avail. Under Pages > Header, the settings are:
Header: On
Header Layout: Default (from theme options)
Style: Default
Titlebar: Default (from theme options)
Under Appearance > Theme Settings > Titlebar, the settings are:
Titlebar: On
Titlebar Layout: Center
Titlebar Height: Small
With these settings on the Page and Appearance, it resulted in my earlier screenshot. And this is not what I intended it to be. Instead, I will like it to look like the links in my earlier post.
Please advise on which settings I should change to make it right (I tried a lot of combinations, but to no avail). Thank you so much!

This is a good alternative that kind of solve the issue. Though I am hoping for a future update that allow users to change the category style like Gillion. This allows more consistency for the users in terms of showing their content. Nonetheless, I appreciate the sharing, thank you Shufflehound Support!
There is no text to be written in the post, as I am posting a calculator, which is also where the code is shown. I attempted to edit index.php to resolve this, but to no avail.
Is there any other way of supporting this change? As the layout resulted in a mess of code in the category section when the post is empty. The only workaround was to change the style to Mix.

I have displayed the section as 1,2,4,3 for both desktop and mobile. Please advise on the CSS code to display it as 1,2,3,4 for desktop.

My apologies for the confusion. Yes, I have updated the sections a little as the website is live. Here is my updated query:
On Jevelin Corporate Demo, under the icon box slider – Planning the Project, Idea Generating, etc. All tabs are shown neatly on PC. However, when I viewed it on mobile, I can only view two of the tabs. I have attached a screenshot for your understanding. (Att: Image.png) I was hoping that all tabs can be shown on mobile, as it is not intuitive to mobile users to know that there are additional tabs, e.g. Realization, Other
In my About page, (Att: about.png), I have labelled the section 1,2,3,4. It looks perfect on PC. However, on mobile, the section shows up as 1,2,3,4. (Att: mobile.png). I will like it to be 1,2,4,3. Please advise on how I can change the sequence.
