I cleared my cache and it worked. Thank you for your help!
It has the same issue in the admin area. I created a new page with just the slider in it. Here is the link.
Unfortunately this has not solved the problem we still have the hover effect taking place.
We are also having issues with the revolution slider. Slides do not appear or appear in the background, not the actual slides.
