How to refresh social counter? How long it takes to pull a new counter data? Right now showing counts from few days ago.

It should refresh every 12 hours.

No, it did not refreshed from the day I configure it.
Can confirm that “Demo mode” option is turned off for that widget?
Yes, demo turned off.
Then at the moment it is hard to say what could be the issue.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

At the moment this looks like a bug, but we will do some more testing in upcoming days, to find the issue cause.
Sorry to post out of my own thread, but my social counter is also never updating. I was wondering if there’s a way to address this issue?

My social counter is never updating too…is there a way to fix it?
@medeaweb I don’t see any other counter in the sidebar of your shared site except facebook widget counter which displays fine as shown in the attached screenshots.
Please advise.
I mean the sidebar menu when click on the icon next to the: search / share / bookmark in the top right
When a sidebar opens, you can see that Social Counter is something like this (sse attachment) which is not correct

Again I don’t see it in the sidebar on your shared site as shown in the attached screenshot.
