Hi,
When I install a child theme, it changes my settings, such as colours, logo size, widgets – is there anyway of preventing this?
Hi @zeynlambat,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me which child theme you are using or share it to me so that i can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi,
Thanks for replying.
I created a separate feed:
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/changing-contact-phone-in-top-bar-2/
On that feed you recommended I follow a topic that you referenced. The solution for that meant that I had to install and activate a child theme.. Which in turn resized logos, I lost accent colours I set as default and other general settings. I checked this in the live preview of the theme with my content, although I had not activated it yet and stayed with the old theme..
Hope that helps!
It is not getting changed on my test site and also for that user.
Please make sure you are using following latest version of Jevelin theme.

Also if it gets changed on your site for some reason then could you please resonfigure it which is one time work?
