Hello.
I have created a Contact form and I have added the Multiple Choice option. When I Submit and receive the form, all elements are nicely displayed except the Multiple Choice elements. Here is the site link to the Contact Form “https://tropostechnologies.com/contact-us/” and the screenshot of the email is attached. Can some please tell me how to display the Multiple Choice elements in a clearer format, preferably stacked.
