I’ve selected widgets to show on just pages and not posts. However, I get widgets only on pages but not the Homepage.
How do I get widgets to show on the Homepage? And specify which exact pages to show them on?

Shufflehound teamI think the issue centers around the fact that my homepage isn’t officially a Page. I have my Homepage in WordPress settings set to “display posts.”
I don’t know if there’s a solution to this with your theme settings?
I don’t really want to change my WordPress settings from Homepage as “display posts” to a new page, as I’d be worried about the SEO implications.
Have you tried setting your site home page as static page in your site Reading settings and set that page template to Blog?
That’s what I mean, though. I’m worried that will mess up my SEO?

Resolved. Found a workaround for this that didn’t involve changing Homepage to a static page.
