    Hi Shufflehound,

    When we purchasd the jevelin theme it came with yellow pencil pro.

    We have to delete and re-install yellow pencil pro because of a known hack in 7.1.4

    how do we obtain our original purchase activation code for this product to re-install the plugin?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    You don’t need Yellow pencil activation code to use it.

     

    Just delete the existing plugin and install the latest version of it from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
