Hi there,
I just bought my 3th license to this theme because I love working with it.
In the new licens today for a client (liquidworld.dk) there’s a new WPBakery, and it was really nice.
So I went to my personal (anja.robanke.dk) to do an update because I want that to WPBakery to.
But getting this message:
Update Failed: Update package not available.
What can I do?

Please make sure to update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Then delete the existing WPbakery plugin and install latest version from Appearance -> Install Plugins

But the video won’t show on mobile on the “old” theme (Bought it few moths ago for my client: http://www.revneogtobbe.dk
On my “new” bought theme for this client: liquidworld.dk it works.
I did the same on both accounts:
- Uploaded at movie to YouTube
- And filled out the thing in the row (Look at the picture)
What I wrong? weird it’s working on the one site, but not the other. It’s a feature I can Google has been for long time.
Can you help me?

As, I wrote, I did, ahat I should do – delete it and installed it again. But Still a older version. If I wanna update. They want money for it. But I bouht incl this theme.
BUT even though it’s a older version it should still work? It’s a feature that has been there for a loooooong time 🙂
I bougt this theme 3 time in a short while. Because I want to learn one good theme to all my clients. So I hope we’re finding a solution 🙂

It seems you are confused here.
I requested you to update the theme as “You are using older version of the theme on your shared client site so please update it to the above shared theme version.” so please reread my reply.
Also, from your shared screenshot it seems you are trying to update the WPBakery plugin from the wrong location and not from Appearance -> Install Plugins which I have described above.
Yeah… totally did see the update on the thee. Sorry!!
I went through it and all your link. reinstalled the theme and deleted the plugin and installed again.
So now everything is updated expect the WPBakery. But it’s now on the 6.02

I visited your shared site and saw you are still using older theme version 4.2.0 and not latest 4.2.4 as shared above so please update it and share me the screenshots of the updated versions on your site.
Okay, then there is something wrong.
I did as you told me. Downloaded the theme again from my account at envato and followed the instructions.
I give up.. Nevermind. I will find another theme in the future, because it’s has given me some trouble on https://www.revneogtobbe.dk/ – also with other things in the process. But not on the new client.
Really weird. It’s like the is some bug teasing me on this site.
Sorry to bother you. I find something else solution.

Because no matter that it’s and older version it should work, because as I wrote, it’s a old feature to put video on a row.
It is not just about the theme version but it’s about all plugins and WordPress version also so if you want to make the old theme version work then you have to use the same versions of plugins and WordPress which was working previously for you orelse you have to update all to the latest versions.
To resolve it quickly, would you mind if I log in to your site and update it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Yes 2 times – step by step. Downloading it again from my Envato account.
Also, have you checked which theme version you are using on the site?

It’s updated now so please test it.
If it still doesn’t work for you then please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
