    I have two spots on my home page where I’m using the “Image Points” element. On my previews, I can see them working properly, but the active site does not populate the image (the buttons are there). See attached. Help?

    Hi @bailey3320,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Also, clear and temporarily deactivate the batcache that you are using on your website.
