    I have purchased and uploaded the theme Jevelin and the WPBAkery Page Builder plugin to Countryside Floral & Greenhouses (wpengine.com) , a dev site, in an effort to update the site theme without bringing down the live end. However, when I go to change the header and footers, by going into the theme customization. The backend editor option is stating I do not have access to this page. Why would this be?

    Hi there,

     

    It is possible that one of the plugins that give our theme options isn’t installed and therefore shows a 404 page.

     

    Please check if the Redux Framework plugin is installed and activated.
