Hello, I’ve been trying for hours across multiple days to get this to work. I’ve activated the Jevelin child theme, set up a staging area on WP Engine, and am still having no luck.

My biggest issue is that the demo content won’t even install. I’ve tried every solution that’s been suggested within other forum topics (editing .htaccess file to increase execution time, using the regenerate thumbnails plugin, etc), and none of it’s working. The demo content gets to basically almost all the way finished, and crashes with a notification that comes in some variation of either “maximum execution time exceeded” or “could not install, check error log.”

I didn’t want to post another topic with this issue, as it’s been covered in several other threads on this forum, however, after multiple attempts at using the solutions that have been mentioned, I’ve still had no luck.

This is a very frustrating issue, so thank you in advance for your assistance in helping resolve this.
