No use of <H1> headings, only <H2>. This is negative since <H1> is important for search engines to point out the most important topics on a page, and since <H2> is used instead there are actually a bit too many of those if you i.e. have a long list of posts on the startpage.

 

The Shufflehound About Us widget does not use the ALT tag for the image, even if the image has available alt text.

We will resolve these issues in the future version of theme.

In order to reduce the number of HTTP requests the template should use HTTP Expires header to set an expiration time for  images or any other content type, and needs to be added in the .htaccess file. This could have been a config setting.

This is plugin territory and you can resolve this by using any of the following plugins.
