Hi, I’ve added a Contact Form 7 by inserting a text layer into a revolution slider but the form itself is not interacting with the rest of the text on the same scene. It is also not responding when I shrink the browser window. That is to say, it is not responsive – it remains outside of the browser window. I’d be happy if it can be configured to respond to the other text layers so that it doesn’t cover them. As for the mobile view, it would be OK if the contact form can fill the entire screen when it’s in this size. Is this something that can be done? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Btw, the theme looks even better than I remember. I purchased Javelin a few years ago for my personal use and now I’ve convinced my GM to buy it as well for the company. Love your work!

I’ve been using the Slider Revolution plugin for my site for quite some time, but in recent months I’ve noticed that it loads very slowly, and changes slides before the current one has even finished loading. I’ve done a lot of work to try and optimize it (each slide image is below 100kb, significantly less than before), but the issue persists.

I write this ticket in the hope that there may be some other issue not caused by the slider than can be fixed, so that I may keep it and not change. I want to continue to use this slider if possible, as it offers many more options than alternatives (options that I require), but if I can’t have it load quickly I’ll be forced to change theme. I have purchased the Javelin package.

I followed some instructions where I was supposed to delete and install the Slider Plugin. I deleted the plugin and couldn’t reinstall it. I got the message:

I received an email notice to update Javelin (from 4.7 to 4.7.1, maybe). Before dong that, I updated to WordPress 5.5.After the WP update, Appearance=>Themes does not show the need to update. I <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>assume</span> that the WP update also updated Javelin. Is this correct? If not, please advice on how to update from the download without using Admin Area=>Appearance=>Themes and the rest of this post may be moot.

I noticed an alert in Slider Revolution not to save projects until a newer version (6.2.18) of Slider Revolution is installed. I have 6.2.15 and believe I got Slider Revolution through my purchase of Javelin. Is this correct?

The link above advises to use Admin Area => Appearance=>Install Plugins to get the current version of Slider Revolution. I do not see Slider Revolution on the list. I presume this is because it is already installed. I do not see a way to update current plug-ins or uninstall them. Any advice on how to proceed without buying Slider Revolution on my own would be appreciated.

Hi there, like many others, after the WP 5.5 update, my website broke (https://www.digitalyse.io) and was stuck in infinite loading.

I followed the advice here (https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/jevelin-site-not-loading-after-wp-5-5-update/) and downloaded the beta 4.7.1.5 theme but now, my slider revolution plugin doesn’t work.

When I activate the slider revolution, my entire homepage is busted and doesn’t function properly. If I disable it, then I lose the slider at the homepage. I’m not too sure how to fix this.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you
