I received an email notice to update Javelin (from 4.7 to 4.7.1, maybe). Before dong that, I updated to WordPress 5.5.After the WP update, Appearance=>Themes does not show the need to update. I <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>assume</span> that the WP update also updated Javelin. Is this correct? If not, please advice on how to update from the download without using Admin Area=>Appearance=>Themes and the rest of this post may be moot.

I noticed an alert in Slider Revolution not to save projects until a newer version (6.2.18) of Slider Revolution is installed. I have 6.2.15 and believe I got Slider Revolution through my purchase of Javelin. Is this correct?

The link above advises to use Admin Area => Appearance=>Install Plugins to get the current version of Slider Revolution. I do not see Slider Revolution on the list. I presume this is because it is already installed. I do not see a way to update current plug-ins or uninstall them. Any advice on how to proceed without buying Slider Revolution on my own would be appreciated.

Hi there, like many others, after the WP 5.5 update, my website broke (https://www.digitalyse.io) and was stuck in infinite loading.

I followed the advice here (https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/jevelin-site-not-loading-after-wp-5-5-update/) and downloaded the beta 4.7.1.5 theme but now, my slider revolution plugin doesn’t work.

When I activate the slider revolution, my entire homepage is busted and doesn’t function properly. If I disable it, then I lose the slider at the homepage. I’m not too sure how to fix this.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Our site isn’t working since the update. We have tried installing Jevelin 4.7.1 that was in a previous thread, no luck. We have also tried adding code in the php file to fix it, but none of the media with animations are there.

When is the official update coming out? is this an issue with slider revolution? we need our site up ASAP.

I updated to WordPress 5.5 and all Slider Revolution images disappeared for my sites. I reverted to a backed up version and only my Homepage slider and header drop downs are not working. Any help is much appreciated!

I have two sites using the Jevelin theme and they’re both experiencing the same issue. Responsive Text and the Slider Revolution plugins are both not showing up on the finished site even thought I can see the content on the backend of the wordpress dashboard.

The sites are zetanuaf.com and imageinception.net.

On Imageinception.net the issues are in the following location:

Hello! My host upgraded to WordPress 5.5 and then Revolution Slider was no longer working (Jevelin Theme). I updated Slider Revolution to 6.2.19 and now my slider will preview, but it will not load on the live site.

my site has been working perfectly for months but today the dreaded white screen of death has appeared where my slider revolution homepage should be!

Are you able to advise, im assuming there is some kind of plugin error conflicing with the theme but im not sure how to resolve this.

Hello all, today I updated WP to 5.5 version and at the same time removed some unused themes like twenty eighteen and twenty seventeen. I didn’t do any changes otherwise and from admin view all looks the same, however when I open the site:

• revolution slider is gone
• upper menu is gone
• entire gallery is not showing only the text part
• references are not showing only the header – references

I am not sure what happened, please help me resolve this.
