Dear staff,
I am working on Jevelin, Foodie template. I added 4 slides to the main one, but I can’t make the left/right arrows jump to the next slide.
I read all the instructions from Slider Revolution, but nothing worked. I add the action, the trigger is the click, the slide is simply the next one. Nothing happens.
I refreshed and hard refreshed, but nothing works.
Can you help me please?
It was on the screenshot I sent.
Slider Revolution is 6.6.12 (needs 6.6.14)
WP Bakery is 6.11 (needs 6.13)

Hi there,
Can you please let us know which versions you have for WPBakery and Slider Revolution?

I am unable to activate Slider Revolution. When I try to open to edit the demo slider, I get a popup requesting to share development data with plugin author. Whether I click yes or no, there is a message that says “ajax error” and the plugin doesn’t open. I show on the plugin page that Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Builder both need updates, however I am unable to update them without a license key, which I won’t have since it is included with the theme. I’ve attached a screen shot of the theme status.
Hello Sofia,
Thank you so much for reaching out and for your recent purchase of our theme!
Regarding your query about the Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder licenses, I’d like to clarify how it works with the themes purchased from ThemeForest.
When you purchase a theme that bundles such premium plugins like Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder, you are allowed to use these plugins with the theme without any additional cost. These plugins are fully functional and updates for them are provided through theme updates.
However, direct license keys for these plugins are not included, which means that you won’t be able to activate them as you would if you purchased the plugins directly from the developers. This doesn’t mean you’re using an unlicensed product but rather it’s licensed under the theme. This arrangement is due to the licensing rules set by Envato (ThemeForest).
Despite this, the lack of direct licenses will not affect your website’s operation or limit these plugins’ functionality. You still get access to all the features you need to create stunning websites with our theme!
I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Shufflehound team

Can you help me please?

If we are still talking about the Revolution Slider content, then a video like this could be helpful – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icuP-D7d2ro
Also you can see their documentation here – https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/looking-closer-at-slider-revolution/
Hi there,
We just tested the demo importer again and there indeed are no error messages. The issue most likely is that there already was some demo content imported and as our demo content importer won’t overwrite any existing data it just doesn’t do anything. So we manually created the Apply form page and imported Slider Revolution slide from the Education demo.
Hopefully, that helps.

Shufflehound team
Hi,
Can you please help me with this issue?
I have imported again the demo, but I still cannot find the demo content. I am interested in the homepage (with the slider revolution template as well) and the “apply” page template.
Thank you,
Oana
Hi,
we are loosing pur organic traffic due to poor Core Web Vitals, ale very slow loading time ofour website. Out IT department says its due to Slider Revolution and using unison (old and not google supported) framework. How can we fix this issue, when no optimalisation tactics work. Should we change our website to redux?
let me know

Hi I am working on Jevelin Construction Template
I started with the text on the Revolution slider template. I saved a text edit on both sliders but when I refresh and looked at the website it hasnt updated at all but just reverted back to what was on the template? Please help as there is no point in moving forward whilst this is going on. Kind regards
Hi there,
Can you please give us a link to your last ticket? In your profile, we can only see this ticket.
About the revolution slider, the license key is optional and isn’t needed as our theme license covers it. That is how it works for all Themeforest themes as we can purchase the extended plugin license that will cover the client’s use for the theme, but we can’t share it.

Hi there,
It seems that this issue is happening due to the Slider Revolution plugin zoom animation. We can see that on most devices this works fine, but on some, it is causing the issue.
We tried multiple fixes, but currently, we couldn’t find a solution that would work on all devices. At this moment we can recommend disabling the zoom animation.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The issue should be fixed! 🙂
It seems that you had a pretty old Slider revolution version, which was causing the issue. So we updated it and now it should work fine.
We also noticed that the theme version is pretty old and the WPBakery page builder version could also be updated.
We already tried everything possible at the Slider Revolution settings. The background image itself is already covering all the sides spaces. If you know any other thing that may be causing this issue, please tell us
We just did some testing and it seems that the left and right side spaces seem to be related to the Slider Revolution settings. So we can recommend adjusting the Slider Revolution settings.
We changed the column padding to 0 (where the revolution slider is located) and now it seems to work fine.
Can you please take a look?
