    Hello,

     

    When trying to install a Demo, I get the attached messages:

    An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_files/construction/construction_content.xml!
    Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

     

    I have deactivated, reactivated plugins one by one.

    I have deleted and reinstalled Unyson

    I have deleted my .htaccess file

    I have checked and changed permissions of my folders and files.

    I have updated my PHP version from 7.0 to 7.3 to see if that made a difference.

     

    If I can’t resolve this, can I try manually uploading the files? If so, can you provide the files to me?

    It seems the website hosting server is restricting access to the https://api.shufflehound.com causing this issue so please contact your web host to not resolve this issue.
