    Hi.

    I upload an image for footer but it doesn’t work.

    Can you help me how to fix this?

    Also, please try removing and readding the footer background image.

     

    If still the issue persists then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Hi there.

    I updated the theme.

    Also I removed and readded the image. But it still doesn’t work.

    Here you go my log-in info:

    Please change the shared credentials ASAP.

     

    If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.

     

    I logged into your site and confirmed the issue, therefore, notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    In the meanwhile, please share me the image URL that you want to display as a footer background image so that I can help you to display it.

    You can display it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

     

    body footer.sh-footer {
    background-image: url('http://otbora.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Frame-4-4.png');
}

    After activating the theme, please set the theme option in the theme General settings a shown in the attached screenshot.
