So, just bought the theme and since it is a AMP optimised theme, I immediately enabled it through AMP for WP plugin but something wasn’t right with some pages ( mainly slider ), so I tried another plugin – the one recommended in the theme – install plugins tab – but the issue persists. idly look into it. Thank you!

Here’s a look at how the mobile amp page looks with slider and how it is originally. Thank you!

    Hi @mahi7865,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please clear and temporarily deactivate any cache plugin that you are using on your website and make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.

Please login to access this file

Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

    Heya!

Am using the latest Gillion 3.6.0, I downloaded it two days back from Envato after buying it.

The URL for the AMP pages not working:

    https://www.gizmosity.com/entertainment/amp

    https://www.gizmosity.com/entertainment/tv-shows/amp

    https://www.gizmosity.com/entertainment/movies/amp

    and a lot more.

    basically anything with Post Slider.

I have disabled the Cache plugin for now

I could confirm the issue on your shared pages.

Could you please try changing and using all the available AMP modes as shown in the attached screenshot?

Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, AMP plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Sure. No problem. I enabled all the plugins for the website to work properly since you weren’t replying faster. I’ll disable it and give you the details.

    Here are the details

I logged into your website and it seems the issue with the AMP plugin and WPBakery page builder.

Could you please contact the AMP plugin support on the below page to resolve it?

I have tried this with other AMP plugins aswell. It appears the same. So it is as far as I can say issue with the theme. Please look into it once.

It does not happen with every page but with the pages having Post Slider so if it was a theme issue then every page will not work.

This is a conflict issue with the AMP plugin and WPBakery page builder plugin so please try contacting the plugin support.
