You can use contact form on your site by using & configuring Contact form content element as shown in the attached screenshot.

Thanks – how do I make a new page show up on my site? I have created one with a contact form but can’t see it anywhere…how do I make it attach to the drop down menu top right? Same for other pages?

You can add pages to the menu like any other WordPress menu as described in the following pages.
