How would I be able to add these 3 elements to the topbar navigation? I tried adding a new menu and setting it as topbar, but nothing happens.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you have enabled the topbar in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you are still facing the issue then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

Shufflehound teamI’m having this same exact issue. I have a menu created in the top bar location, but it’s not showing on my site (I’m using header style 2).
Also, I don’t have that Topbar option you show in your screen shot–see my attached screen shot.
There IS a top bar option in the header section, but enabling that only shows contact information (phone, email, location and working hours).
No errors are showing in Chrome’s dev console.
