Navigation can not be used！
I have repeatedly installed more than 20 times
I even reinstalled win7 today
I do not know what to do nowhelp!

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It seems your nginx server configuration issue.
Are the navigation links working fine for you temporary using any default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen?
Could you please try resaving your site permalink settings?
Also you can try resetting your site permalink settings as described in the following pages.

But other Theme work fine.
It is really a weird issue.
So you have reset your site htaccess file. Right?
Could you please create a new post or page and see whether you can access it?
Please also resolve the error occurred in your menu as shown in the attached screenshot.
I could have resolved this issue earlier if i could access your site but i can’t as you have hosted it locally.
