Hello, I am using the default settings for my website and I see there is a “vertical advertisement” pane on the right side of my blog posts.

How can I change it or add Google Adsense to it. I can’t figure it out, is it a widget?

It is a blog widget sidebar and you can add anything in to it using widgets as shown in the attached screenshot.
