    Dear shufflehound Team,

My site is https://najednejlinie.pl I got a small problem with titles and descripiton on blog articles where I have embeded (copy and paste) urls (links to my other blog articles) but only on mobile view.

There are weird signs instead of normal letters

On Desktop it looks fine but on mobile font is kind of broken

Example in attach but it happens to all my blog articles where links are embeded

    eg1) https://najednejlinie.pl/opowiesci/lumbini-miejsce-narodzin-buddy/

    eg2) https://najednejlinie.pl/poradnik/choroba-wysokosciowa/

    Hi @krollemurow,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I can see the issue on desktop also as shown in the attached screenshot.

To confirm whether it is a theme issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Could you please tell me how you are embedding the articles on your site so that I can reproduce the issue on my test site and resolve it?

Why u asking such questions as embeding articles are primary function of woddpress and this theme:

    1) Simply by Copying link ctrl + C and putting it to Body content when creating article (ctrl +v)

    2) Also tried using function “embed link” which is the same function but need additional click on icon and gives same result = broken tittle (weird letters)

How can it be solved ???

Sorry if my question seemed not normal but there are also other ways using plugins to embed URL, therefore, I wanted to know the exact way.

I visited your shared site and the embedded articles are displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Please advise.

They are not appearing properly. You have confirmed this 2 weeks and 5 days ago.

Check mobile versions – but use your smartfon – not by schrinking browser window:

    https://najednejlinie.pl/himalaje/w-poszukiwaniu-oswiecenia/
    https://najednejlinie.pl/himalaje/wyprawa-na-mera-peak/
    https://najednejlinie.pl/himalaje/przelecz-thorong-la-dookola-annapurny/
    https://najednejlinie.pl/himalaje/namche-bazaar-wysokogorska-oaza/

and then check again on desktop browser.
I have opened them all in incognito mode in Opera and Firefox browser.

Please don’t ask me to upload screenshots as I’m already tired on this topic.

    Please help

I could confirm the issue on your site again as shown in the attached screenshot but not sure why it was displaying fine for me previously as described above.

Had you made any changes to your site to display it correctly?

Please clear and temporarily disable the WP Fastest Cache that you are using on your site.

I have tested the same on my test site and it displays fine and different for me as shown in the attached screenshots.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
