Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Cannot import any demo data
I am trying to import any demo data and I receive this following error message:
Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 35: gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS fatal alert has been received..
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please tell me whether you are receiving new or legacy demo content installation method?
Also, this can be your server cURL related issue so please contact your hosting provider.
Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

Best regards,

I have tried both the new and legacy demo content installation. The version of PHP that Netfirms supports is 7.1, which is what I am using today.
Have you contacted your hosting provider to resolve it?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Also please tell me which demo data you are trying to import.
I provided the credentials earlier today. I am contacting my hosting provider to see if similar issues have been reported. They have responded with the following:
To fix this , you will have to ask plugin provider and theme vendor to allow any one of the currently supported ciphers and then check. I have sent this via private.
I have sent the credentials. Let me know if you have any issues accessing the admin.
I logged into your shared site and confirmed the issue as displayed in the attached screenshot.
I have notified the theme developer to allow any of your shared ciphers.
Thank you. Is there any updated on ciphers? I have just tried to download the demo content and I still the error message.
It is not yet updated as we don’t find any option to update it.
Could you please ask your hosting provider where to update it?
