I’m trying to install demo content but after i hit install i got this dialog box ”
<p class=”fw-text-muted”>We are currently installing your content. Files Export” and it never finish the installing process. I just got this message everything i try to install a demo content : </p>
<h3 class=”fw-text-danger”>The execution failed. Please check error.log</h3>
I checked the error.log file but there’s nothing about install.

This is the required file but i checked it and found error entries only till 09-Jan-2017 so could you please delete the content of this file and try to install the demo content again?
Then after getting the error share me the updated file.
Please also try using latest version of Jevelin theme by downloading it from here http://support.shufflehound.com/download/jevelin-beta/
Okay, now i have jevelin beta active
i tried a full backup and that’s the error
Still nothing in the error_log file but when i try to install a demo it stops from loading in the same point “file export”. That must be the problem, when i try to export something it stops.
Instead of disabling the backup from the code could you please could you please try applying proper read / write permissions on the folder /wp-content/uploads as described on this page https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
I’m trying to install demo contents since 3 days ago and nothing worked.. really doesn’t know what to do anymore, i tryied everything u told me.
When i re-install wordpress and theme it looks like it’s installing (loading bar is almost complete) but it’s blocking at the last ”step”. After this it’s blocking in the first step (database export). It’s really annoying and i can’t work and running out of time
