I can not download extensions for the plugins that are required for jevelin to work.

It says it cannot connect to the Github repository.

The basics of the theme seem to be fine, but I need this to run the portfolio pages, which will not run without the extensions.

    Hi @klleroy,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please make sure that your site can access Github repository ThemeFuse/Unyson-Shortcodes-Extension and no firewall or security system restricting it?

Alternatively, you can install extensions manually as described in the following page.

    Best regards,

What am I supposed to actually do?

None of those links have instructions, and none of the links on those pages have instructions either.

the two links take me to a site that wants me to download or upload something. What am I doing on those pages?

Somewhere else they linked to a chunk of code for “Configuring TGMPA for use with your theme/plugin”. I don’t even know what that means?

I also tried to put the required plugins on to see if that helps, and now it’s telling me I need an updated version. But it looks like the updated version wants me to pay 45$??

Is there not a free version for people who already paid for the theme that requires that? I don’t remember seeing anything that warned me that I was going to have to pay more money just to make this work.

I am trying to make a quite simple portfolio style page that might have 2 whole pages on the entire site. I am a student and cannot be paying over 100$ for such a simple site to just work. If there is no way around this, I would like a refund for the money I spent on the Jevelin theme.

    @shufflehoundsupport

    Double checked.
Nothing on the site showing off the theme says anything about spending the extra money to make it work. In fact, it says you don’t even need more than one plugin, which seems to be misleading because my WP is telling me that the WP bakery plugin is REQUIRED.

You don’t need to pay any extra payment to use the theme or the plugins bundled with it and only Unyson plugin is a theme required plugins which is free and all others are optional.

The unyson plugin extensions are installing fine on my website without facing any issue.

It seems you didn’t understand the message on the shared link correctly so got confused.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
